i got this thing called a rebounder many years ago, which is a trampling. It's very and i used it once and then never used it again. You just put, like, no tobe video on or whatever, and bounce on a prig and tramp. Aha, such fun. And so, ye, i just did that for 20 minutes a and i'm soaking wet. We can ly say youre damp. Ha,. haamembering, like, the late eighties, definitely in the nineties, maybe in the early two thousands, in some magazines, would be this exercise thing, and would get a full work out in nine minutes. But
