Whenever significant network effects exist for a product, that category will tend towards being a winner. If i can build network effects into mine and you can't into yours, i've a better chance of saturating the market quicker. The problem with ober is that if they very successful in san francisco, that does not help them when in london. Or it doesn't help them wen inn in new york. Because each of their networks, each of their sub networks is pretty separate. And so because of that, you have this global network onfectutive,. alot intertwining of all their various sub networks.
