How Do You Feel About Empowering Your Team?

I think I just a lot of it was kind of the fun of building a new SimCity. You know, okay, when we did the social thing, there were some things about it that I really loved and sometimes it was really fun. Sometimes I felt like, why do we do all this bullshit? Like, let's just do our work,. And I'll see. Maybe I'll get bored and want the social outlet. maybe my team won't be as cohesive and it won't work, but I'm kind of curious to try because there were parts about it that were really appealing.
