Daniel pang is the son of chinese imigrant parents who moved to toronto, canada and spoke cantains ot. He wanted to improve that relationship with his parents so he started learning mandarin. Dan says it's really interesting how we get used to seeing people in a certain way but then as easily get used to diversity which has become the norm today.
