In a high LTV business, the place that uniquely scales incredibly well is CAC. If I am acquiring customers all the time in the early stage of my business on day one, let's say I run my first ads and I start acquiring customers. There's no returning customer revenue. And therefore, if I am powering my business on something like Facebook ads, there is nothing like Facebook ads besides Facebook ads. Now your software providers are going to ask for more money as you get bigger. But those costs relatively speaking can scale pretty cheaply. You can run a disciplined lean team if you as a leader in your business are smart about this.
