The Effects of Range Emotion Training on Hypertrophy

Full range of motion training does beat short muscle length partials, but the the effects aren't evenly distributed across the muscle. There is that regional component, which i personally think is kind of cool. But either partials at long muscle lents or full range omotion training tends to be pretty essential for fully growing more distal parts of the muscle.
