The Open Nature Cognitive Diversity

The key diversity that we need is cognitive diversity. I think networks are going to become vastly more important than they were in the past. In this new world, the world is my network. And I can find talent anywhere and talent can find me. All of these people can now meet and interact and create. We don't care what you look like or who you choose to love. The real thing you're trying to measure really is cognitive Diversity. If you have a bunch of people, well look different, dress different, come from different places but they all think the same, that's not real diversity. Not at all.
