The Importance of Dietary Intake in Pantothenic Acid Deficiency

The body stores of pantothenic acid appear to be very large compared to what we eat on a daily basis. And your body adapts to deficiency by trying to conserve it and try to recycle it. Fatigue is not rare, loss of enthusiasm is not rare. Arguing with people and being childish is notRare. Cramps are not rare. Insomnia is notrare. In fact, even tingling and numbness in the hands and feet isn't that rare. But at the same time, if the symptoms aren't that rare, then maybe some of those symptoms some of the time are pantothenoacid deficiency.
