The Top Down Versus Bottom Up Thing About Jumping

I look at how my own body and athleticism like shape shifted over the years. And I didn't start getting into more of the multi, you know, the squats and the traditional stuff till later in high school. It's kind of like I treated almost as like a big trampoline where my legs will hit one, two, and then my knees both. So that creates a platform for me to take all the pressure and whip of my upper body and bounce it off my guts and go upwards. The top down versus bottom up thing is so interesting because he was thinking about this in the form of jumping.
