The Purpose of the 14th Amendment

There is no logical, scientific, or even moral basis to argue that life does not begin a conception. My view is it should be like, I don't know, maybe 16 weeks or something. They can make every argument in the world they want, but life literally begins a conception. This is when a unique set of DNA is created to any degree. It's just such a difficult, difficult, difficult subject.
