The Concept of Ogos in the Sixties
Lushkov designed a three tier layout, with the top tier being a large computing center in moscow. Second tier would be around 200 regional distribution centers dispersed around the country at key strategic or impa structure points. The bottom of the pyramid would be made up of 200 thousand or more remote access points. In this configuration, any two computers could communicate with one another without necessarily having to go through moscow. Anyone with access to the network could access anything connected to the network.
