Should Elders Be More Successful Than Younger Siblings?

I think it's better when the, the oldest is most successful because they're more apt to take care of families. As a mom and working mom it's always been like being having work life balance and then making sure I'm taking care of myself too. It was heartbreaking we would have some of these patients that have been long time patients who would call our emergency line, and we'd be talking and talking after a whilewe would realize, oh, they don't have an emergency. They're just need somebody to talk to.
