Migrants are responsible for keeping the courts updated about where they're moving. The worst case scenario is if somebody who is coming in this bus has had originally a court hearing in Houston and ends up being in New York City. If they don't tell the courts that they have moved from Texas to the East Coast, they might still be expected in a Texas court. And it's on them to arrange for a hearing that's somewhere closer.
