Inhale, reach your hands up over your head. Reach all the way to the ceiling as far as you possibly can. And then exhale and fold forward at your waist. Let everything hang towards the ground. Now slowly roll all the way back up to standing. Vertibray by vertebrae. Notice if anything feels different the second time around.
