How Effective Are Constitutional Laws?
Future generations are protected in german basic law and article 28 of the constitution. Most jurisdictions don't even have any er er a sort of state gos in in this kind of a conceptiolized legal way. I think they can be very effective, as the recent judgment might indicate. M, but then again, this is like a kind of an unusual approach in legal research.
