CBDC and the UCC Pushback

The UCC and CBDC could be a really big point of resistance. You need more than just one state, but I think there are 10 states ready to do this. Right now every bank in this country is banking with New York Fed member banks. They need sovereign state banks. The name arose by any other name. We care about transaction freedom. And that's what we've got to protect.
