The Holy Spirit, Third Person of the Trinity

First century baptism was understood as a right of washing. And i think he's just using a very synonymous term to describe our ism. Note the imagery that's associated with the giving of the holy spirit, pouring out. What is that? That's a water metaphor. S got washing. You've got pouring out. But note again, who is the agent of these blessings? Well, the goodness and loving kindness of god, our saviour, first person of the trinity.
