If you're not confident, thoughts come into your mind that are worisome or fearful. So by focusing on the positive thought and saying it again and again and again, it's kind of like that one positive thought pushes out all the other thoughts. And then step three is to do it with very, very extreme, powerful, a posture, movement and a energy. This will immediately change your thinking, your feeling, your mind set, your attitude. If youare tired, if you're feeling shy, and you do this for ten minutes, after ten minutes, you will indeed be thinking and feeling in a more confident way.
