If speech is harmful enough and let's say targets a particular person specifically honest and it's dishonest. I don't think I should be able to sue you, but like Twitter, for example, if I tweeted that out. Sometimes the government would probably say, you're not allowed to do that. Why not? It's where it gets difficult, admittedly. There's a line there. This is why I actually, this is why I brought a copyright originally because I think it's a property rights thing.
