The purpose of Peak Design is for the employees to live happy and meaningful lives. The people who are most sincerely affected by Peak Design, 1,000 to 1 over our customers or even our vendors is the employees. I'm one of those who believes we probably just get one crack at it. And that's why I started Peak Design. It's because I thought it was a more enjoyable path than working for my construction company.
