I didn't think that the country would ever have to face talaban rule ever again. And i understand that sense of betrayal and abandon ant that avgans speak so often about now a they're been left stranded on their own. People have sensed pticallyan the avgan community and yuca as well, just the sense that when we need you, you've ou ou let us down. I'm just heart broken that another lost generation of afghans will have to go through the violence ofa brutality oftalaban rule.
In this week's episode we examine the unfolding situation in Afghanistan and what it means for the Afghan people and the world. And in part 2 Shadi Hamid and Jeremy Bowen discuss the withdrawal from a geopolitical perspective. Is Biden following Trump's "America First" policy?
