Is There a Plan to Create a Sensitive AI?

A year and a half ago, Google adopted a policy that it would not try to create a sentient AI. Once they saw that the tech in Ray's lab was getting close, they had to make a call. Will we push towards that or not? And it turns out you don't have to try exactly. They were they were close enough that just adding a few more things was all in a weird sense.
