The Rust Foundation's New Trademark Policy
The Rust Foundation released a new trademark policy for public comment. This first draft is being called an open source train wreck by some. It does seem like some of these new trademark policies would not only be hard to impossible to enforce, but perhaps even harmful in some cases.
