We've been in a lull, and of course, we had that severe omicron surge, which then rapidly declined. But what's circulating now is the sub variant, the b a two sub variant of amicron,. It does seem to bipass immunity. There are more break through infections with people who've been vaccinated and of course, the numbers are starting to creep up a bit. New york has been in the vanguard a number of surges in the past. That's one way to describe it, the vanguardnary. So we keep calling it a global pandemic that we're in. We're not on the other side of it.
