I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance when I was a kid in my bloody mom made me eat soy cheese and drink for years. And you know, blaming it just on carbohydrates is problematic It's quite myopic to be honest. So I would go for starch, you kind of carbohydrates that have been well cooked like spuds or kind of rice or sweet potatoes That kind of thing so I think it's still a common theme for people to say that you have to eat lots of vegetables as green or in their whole state as possible. But like rice, still people seem to think that brown rice is healthier than white rice but yeah a billion Chinese people who couldn't have been wrong before
