Is There a Way to Automate Time Blocking?
There's no such thing as a perfect automation, when it comes to time blocking. You could pull in the list of calendar items and just check off the ones that you want to do prep for. It could subtract 30 minutes from the start of the meeting, and then just add a 30 minute event for each of those. But so I hate that confirmation dialogue box.
