The Benefits of Having a Morning Routine
A big part of my systematic self optimization fremor is the first 30 to forty minutes of my day. And i'd say more than 50 % of that centred around eastern philosophy. So i meditate for 20 to 30 minutes. There's some gratitude and compassion basis, and also some tichee. The days that i don't do the morning routine, ih've noticed a reduced awareness almost,. which i think reduces my ability to learn.
