Is Gold Versus Bitcoin a Better Place to Invest?

Gold was replaced as the scarcity asset of choice by Bitcoin. There's lots of assets that have better attributes than gold, but there's something else going on with Bitcoin. To me, most people buy it because they think it has anonymity. We don't have a stable, civilized society if there is that asset class,. a black hole into which money can pour to avoid taxation or regulation.
