Florida markets do continue to look relatively strong in our rent growth outlooks and in our market rankings. I think the real narrative is that we're starting to see smaller and smaller markets really start to pop. Instead of it really being a story about say Tampa anymore, it's Tallahassee. You can argue in some cases, it's really a basis effect, right? As people migrate, they take with them savings accumulated in other areas. Sometimes they can even take that income with them now and deploy that area that was more affordable for just help me out.
