YNAB - Is SoFi a Betterment Account?

A lot of people at YNAB use the SoFi account and I believe they've been saying positive things. Right now, the challenge that I have is about making purchasing decisions. If we weren't able to be saving for retirement through the 401K here at work, or if we weren’t able to be investing, hitting our investing goals the way I want to, then I would be using that as an overarching kind of governor on all spending in categories. In that sense, our net worth is going up, not counting market fluctuations. The category balances say you can spend in a restaurant, you can spend on clothing,. You can spend here or there.
