Is Caleb the Leader of All Human Resistances?

Caleb is the one character whom i'm most interested to revisit. He's been controlled all his life and has an opportunity to fight back against the system. But does that mean, you nor going from not just obscurity, but up a path of potentially offing himself in ten years time? I think we've seen this kind of hero's journey many times - it's hard to make that journey super intersting. And movies like the matrix can do it with just an incredible fusion of all these different styles and elements from other films. You know, luke skywalker having that journey.
