Is It All Downside?
Helen Hunt: I was really surprised by in, you know, talking to the women who I interviewed is that it's not all downside though because there are real advantages as well. Helen Hunt: These are people who feel incredibly strongly that women have been kind of underrepresented so far and just very much want to make it clear that if they can do these jobs, then other women can. The New Year is a time where people are reflecting and making big resolutions about how to succeed in life. One thing we don't do enough when we're trying to succeed is learn how to quit.
