The Importance of Relationship in UX Design

Good user experience refers to the relationship that a product is building with you, which should be based on trust and transparency. I don't know why UX design still happens more often than it should, maybe because it's not regulated in any way. It seems like all the products should be like this, but actually it's quite a hard job to get it to nail it. And how many apps do we use that we're completely excited about and we don't find any flaw in our system?
