The Importance of Teaching Your Kids the Value of Failure

We forget how important it is to teach our kids the value of failure, right. I always sit down at the end of a semester with my kids and say what do you feel most proud of that you did the semester. So start with the positive what worked and then move to what didn't work and what do you want to do differently. We're going to try to get a degree agreed upon okay so we're about halfway through the eight core competencies.
