How to Be a Successful Podcast Host

I'm built for late nights I've always done late nights. The one thing that's the one silver lining is that it's just been a regular rhythm for me. It's been nice for us 15 months to have exactly the same hours of sleep. You're very prolific and I admire your consistency with your podcast and guests. How do you even find that many people or figure out how to talk to them, but I'm intimidated by your ability to like every week be talking with someone. We're like 150 episodes or something. I don't know how, because I honest to God I didn't think it would last as long.
