The Dissociative Tactic of the Teenage Attack

Ruth Finley, also known as the poet of Wichita, passed away on May 30th at age 89. She claims she was attacked by BTK in 1977 when her husband had a heart attack. Her doctors theorize that this is what allowed her to develop an identity as the poet. The only person who doesn't believe this theory is chief La Mignon and he would later say, "I think she's lying"
