The pelman effect might be happening with uber and alcohol use. Keith compared all these measures in cities where ridshir companies had opened with cities where they hadn't. We found roughly a three to five % increase in all these measures following the introduction of uberek. Binge drinking instances increased by by ten% among people who were aged 21 34.
