All we did was make an individual that could overcome its genetic defects. If a mushroom was huge but didn't blue we wouldn't use it. We'd rather use a small one that blew a lot. So what's always having to do with the bluing? The peas that are out there are nothing like the original peas. And only the strains that we had can reproduce that.
