Is Kevin O'Leary in a Class Action Litigation?

I haven't looked into the class action lawsuit. I mean, there's so many different threads and angles. The crazy thing is, seemingly, some of these people who are operating all of these crazy schemes, they seem to just be walking free. Some of them apparently are going to Dubai, even Carolyn Ellison. This world will live in just insane.
