What Are the Causes of Sleep Problems?
One of the things that really affects me personally in terms of sleep is negative thoughts, things that are causing anxiety. So I drink coffee maybe one to two days a week, because there are some benefits I like from the coffee. And if I'm having an interview, I'll drink coffee. It can interfere with sleep in a very significant way. When you don't sleep well, you worry about your sleep.
