The Recovery of America in 2020
On April 7th on that day the St. Louis Financial Stress Index was already recovering and the tenure yield was above 62 basis points. Because those two things were there that was my trigger date for the recovery of America in 2020. By June kind of June 15th you're gonna see housing data recover because household balance sheets were good going into this recession which is still my talking point today. The post 2008 to 2014 economic takes were garbage because it became sexier to be an extreme left-wing or right-wing political economic theory person.
