How to Leverage an Incident to Learn and Grow

The real data is hiding in your seemingly innocuous incidents. The ones where you went, oh, few, no one noticed that like it wasn't a sub-con. And I get the most learnings because emotions aren't as high afterwards. So an example I would take would be find an incident in your organization that didn't take very long compared to your normative standards and maybe took a lot of people in your work to help fix. That's an example I'd use.
