The Myth of Organizational Design
There's a certain mythology that is associated with organizational design. The way in which galbraith uses the term is a little bit different than what the term organizational design might mean if told to somebody who was in organization, who is not a scholar on it. Once you rearrange the boxes, the question then becomes, how do things get done? And so those are the questions that he that i saw him exploring a lot in his and his later works.
