Our guest on this week's podcast is an expert and hopefully she'll give you some insights. Kristiana Wolfe started her work as a gynecologist in Berlin and she started working with mindfulness-based stress reduction - which we'll be chatting about today. She's the author of a couple of books, a clinician's guide to teaching mindfulness, as well as newest book, Out Smart Your Pain.
