Putting Resilience in a Training Session on Court or Field

The netball coach explains how he builds resilience into his training sessions. Resilience is a term used to talk about building capacity of isolated muscle groups or joints based on athletes previous history of injury. In netbo, for example, the way they land ovese tenan opethies can be quite big. So that's an obvious area for us to build more resilience in. The girls have their own individual prep work where it'llbe a mixture of some mobility work and flexibility, but then also good resilient spase things that we might prep for courht.
