Can We Do Excellent Things?
I think the messaging on a lot of these policies is really just, it's more about pandering to, I guess, not only one's constituents, but all. And like in the day, it is such a drag on institutions and the ability of science to function. The best people aren't working on the most important issues, then you're not benefiting your own country. You're not benefiting anyone's country.
