The Importance of Staying Humble
Anne Bughaagara is an Indigenous woman from the Fitzroy River in Australia. She says she wants to see on her tombstone that she was a "good and decent human being" Her people practice eugenics, who you could marry,. how you could marry, why that was that important. The Muddawara means river of life so we need collective wisdom when it comes to dealing with complex issues such as climate change.
