The Rise of Talent Marketplaces

A recent survey suggested that 26% of workers said they were going to look for a new job after the threat of the pandemic. This becomes an even bigger threat to the employer, so how might the company create opportunities within the organization? I think it's still early days as we think about the more advanced talent marketplaces. But what we are seeing is that if companies don't do it in their internal marketplace, the external marketplace can also access that talent and start to entice them with interesting opportunities.
