How I Restructured My Business and Hired FP Transitions

The company hired Nifty for ops admin support. Did a rebrand of the website, picked up HUBLY to build up more workflows while all on top of Wolfbox and then cut the meeting cadence from three times a year to two times a year. They have this program called EMS grow and it's basically a subscription program. It gives me access to a full valuation of the business. And also I can use them as a stop gap for a contingency plan until or unless I get something more significant in place.
