Bactrin used for PJP prophylaxis, those things either single strand daily or double strand three times a week. It does have a role in primary prevention of no cardio. However, breakthrough infections have been reported. So even on the single-strand daily, you know, they can have recurrence. And it's the same with fungal disease that we use as a piece of but can't something off the table. We're talking about disseminated disease.
